Property Disputes actions are usually commenced in the High Court, as it requires the High Court to make a decision on the equitable interest of the party(s) involved.

Typical situations are parent-child claim over property, Joint-Tenancy title and where a Third Party has an interest in the property by virtue of contribution though not listed as owner or co-owner and has no title.
